At the start of December Bristol youngin' Julio Bashmore dropped his new EP, Everyone Needs a Theme Tune through PMR Records. Battle For Middle You was the first hyped track, a rolling number that would go down nicely at a sunset tea party or a 4am dungeon session.
The other standout on the EP is Ask Yourself. It floats along effortlessly. Don't know if there will ever be a film clip, but if there was it should contain magic carpets, pink clouds and Leeloo from The Fifth Element. Check out some more of the Bashmore flavour:

Up & coming Leeds producer, Midland is a no-restricitons type guy. He's delivered an array of tasty remixes over the last year, most notably his re-edit of Caribou's Sun. Here's his version of Ask Yourself:
